It is not healthy to be “connected” all the time: Internet, games, etc. BE AWARE that you should change your activity (combine leisure with sports or outdoor activities) they will be able to rest their eyes and posture.
Regulations can be established on the use of devices in the family and parental control tools.
Respect the schedules for sleeping and eating as well as for performing domestic obligations.
When the Internet is used for school matters, it is preferable that they do not use messaging applications or social networks. They will only serve as a distraction! They must concentrate on their goal.
Take care of social relationships. Have moments to share with friends also in person. Be aware of the importance of not losing your real social environment.
Parents should be a behavioural example for their children.
